Ashlee Albert-Hernandez has always been driven to help others, and navigating her clients to achieve their loftiest real estate goals is perhaps the most profound way she does so. Ashlee’s pleasant personality allows her to completely remove the stress that is typically associated with the process, replacing that energy with joyful excitement.

Despite launching a career in corporate fundraising, Ashlee chose to return to the industry that she learned so much about while interning for a top-producing team in 2010. Additionally, the real estate agents who walked her through the process toward her own homeownership inspired her to do the same for others.

After Ashlee earned her real estate license, she closed more than 60 transactions in her first year alone — winning an industry “hustle” award — and has outperformed that number every year since. Although Ashlee specializes in first-time buyers and leasing in Coral Gables, South Miami, and Kendall, she knows every corner of every neighborhood, having been born and raised in Miami.

Of course, life is all about balance. When Ashlee isn’t finding a buyer’s dream home or getting a seller top dollar for their property, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter.
